Oh My! Vang Vieng

We took this photo and we're told clearly that we were not to do this...not sure if you can read the menu or not...it is a town where most anything goes. I will write more later...

We have since been told that the number of overdoses in this small mountain town has become quite the issue for consulate officials. They are tired of having to go pick up bodies. By the time they get there, rigour mortis has set in and they have a hard time getting kids into body bags as the kids usually die with their head in or beside the toilet.
