PS I hate to say this but this movie was created on a Mac, cause it was way faster than trying to figure out how to do it on Maura's PC...

Old Turtle Factory

These are photos from an abandoned turtle factory. We visited this after a wonderful hike between two bays. I will see if I can I can find some photos of the hike from Kate's camera.

Our friend Echo

Old conch shells. After they wiped out the turtles they went after conchs. Now they are gone...

Trip to La Paz

I came to really like this man. He sells chicken (pollo) and chorizo (spicy sausage).

We started off with a new haircut...

We finished with buying a lime tree. We will see if it lasts the summer and we can have our own limes in our beer...

Maura bought two hammock chairs from this fellow.

This woman sells big ass scallops for $15/kilo. Hmmm hmmm good.

East Cape Trip

The road in. We're talking 20 km/hr max.

We call these Jesus Cactus. Supposedly this was the plant that his crown of thorns was made off. Talk about the OUCH factor or what?

This is the century plant. It is about 20' (5meters) tall.

Beach Pictures

Pelicans! Lots here, but strangely there are lots dying too. We went for a walk the other day and we must have seen 50+. Not sure what is happening. We will for the moment concentrate on the living!

The pelicans are in flight because Skeya is down the way. I am on my way to get her...
